On the second day of Pascha, the Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission as part of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), together with the head of the REM of the Moscow Patriarchate, Archimandrite Vassian (Zmeev), greeted the Primate of the Greek Patriarchate, His Beatitude Patriarch of Jerusalem and All Palestine, Theophilus ӀӀӀ, with the great celebration of Christ's Pascha.
After the Divine Liturgy in the patriarchal church of the holy equal-to-the-apostles Constantine and Helena, at which Fr. Roman prayed, all the bishops present, members of the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulchre and worshipers went to the large patriarchal hall. After the patriarchal greeting, everyone approached the primate and greeted him with the traditional Paschal greeting. Archimandrite Vassian conveyed Easter greetings from His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, and Fr. Roman presented Easter greetings from the First Hierarch of the ROCOR, Metropolitan Nicholas.
