After the Divine Liturgy, a moleben was held in the Catholicon of the Church of the Resurrection of the Lord. After the prayer, the head of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission as part of the Russian Church Abroad, Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), with all the participants in the celebrations, went to the Patriarchal Hall for the official part of the celebration.
Archbishop Aristarchus of Constantine, Secretary of the Holy Synod, congratulated the Patriarch on behalf of the bishops and clergy of the Greek Patriarchate.
Among the officials expressing congratulations to the celebrant were the Consul General of Greece in Jerusalem Dimitrios Angelosopoulos and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Israel A. D. Viktorov.
